Planning your next trip away in the sun? With the easing of certain government restrictions from Covid-19, Spain is back on the list of possible holiday destinations, and our villa in the Costa Brava is available for large groups and multiple families.
Renting a villa seems like the perfect option for anyone looking to get away. With less social distancing complications than hotels or Apartments, our villa sleeps up to 16 people, with 3 separate access areas to the house and 3 individual kitchens; Meaning our villa is the perfect option if you are still wanting to remain as cautious and as safe as possible.
The Villa
Casa Blanca Costa Brava is a stunning, private villa which sleeps up to 16 people. With a large swimming pool and garden, there is plenty of space to relax outside and play with the children.
The main house, which is two floors, features five bedrooms, two kitchens, an indoor and three outdoor dining spaces, two spacious living rooms and four bathrooms.
There is also a separate pool house on the property, which has its own living and dining room, kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms, sleeping up to six people.
The Area
Our villa, Casa Blanca Costa Brava, is a 20 minute drive away from the town of Platja d'Aro. With a huge 2.4km stretch of beach, there are some fantastic restaurants, bars and walks along the coastline to give you that ultimate summer relaxation. There are also some other beautiful towns and secret beaches (below) a short drive away from the villa either side of Platja d'Aro, such as Sant Feliu and S'Agaró.
Platja d'Aro
Platja d'Aro is a lively town close to the villa and there is an abundance of activities and dinner locations to enjoy for all ages. With several golf courses (and mini golf courses), beach sports, restaurants and bars in the area, you certainly won't struggle to find things to do.
One of our absolute favourite restaurants in Platja d'Aro is Friends. Owned by a very friendly Dutch family, the lounge restaurant is situated on the beachfront and provides a variety of delicious meals, such as burgers, Kum Kee Sauce Chicken Fillet and Tapas. Not only is the food extremely tasteful, but the restaurant is mostly filled with comfortable sofas and lounge chairs for you to really enjoy your meal on the beach.
Can Roquet (left) is another favourite restaurant of ours. The beautiful Michelin Star Mediterranean restaurant is in the hills of Santa Cristina d'Aro, with outside seating which will give you stunning views of the surrounding area as the sun sets right in front of the restaurant.
This is certainly the place to go for a special occasion; Excellent food, fantastic service and excellent wine. Can Roquet is simply beautiful and absolutely a must go to while you're in the area.
