Set within an elegant traditional residence in Norwood, this intimate hosted experience blends beautifully styled tables, indulgent sweet and savoury treats, flowing prosecco, and premium loose-leaf teas. With limited spaces and a fully curated atmosphere, it’s more than afternoon tea — it’s a celebration made personal.

Guest Numbers & Group Size: Our experiences are designed for intimate groups only. Afternoon tea is typically limited to 8–16 guests ensuring a personal and relaxed atmosphere.

Booking & Deposits: All bookings require a 50% deposit to secure your date, with full payment due 1 week before the event. Please enquire early, as dates are limited and experiences are private.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made 14 days in advance will receive a partial refund. Last-minute cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable. We recommend travel insurance or contingency plans for unforeseen circumstances.

Arrival & Venue Etiquette: High View is a private residence, not a public venue. Guests should arrive at the agreed time, and respect the space as they would a friend’s home. Photography is welcome, but please avoid moving furniture or decor without permission.
